PBSA operator Whoo signs software deal with Lavanda to improve operational efficiency and enhance its resident experience.
French purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) provider – Whoo – who is owned and operated by Legendre XP, an operating subsidiary of Legendre Immobilier (Groupe Legendre), signs a property management software (PMS) deal with Lavanda – an award-winning provider of enterprise property management software.
Legendre XP selected Lavanda’s PMS to help improve operational efficiency and enhance its resident experience, as they embark on an ambitious strategy to grow their portfolio across France under the brand Whoo.
“As our brand Whoo begins an ambitious growth strategy we needed a tech partner that could handle different tenancy types, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience for our residents. Lavanda were able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the student booking journey and how they could help us to overcome many of our day-to-day operational challenges by utilising their innovative proptech platform.”
Nicolas Asselin, Directeur, Whoo/Legendre XP
Founded in 2014, Lavanda is the first PMS designed from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of today’s PBSA operators. The software provider’s flexible approach to marketing, leasing, resident experience, operations, and accounting means that clients can optimise day-to-day operations and improve asset performance for stays of any length in any market.
“We are delighted to partner with Whoo, a hugely exciting and rapidly growing student accommodation provider. Our PMS has been designed for exactly this purpose; enabling student operators to scale their business and improve efficiencies whilst delivering an enhanced student experience.”
